Alice Baker Library Presents Allo Chocolat of Waukesha
Saturday, March 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Learn the rich history of the cocoa bean, where it is grown, and how it is used to create the favorites of today. Taste a variety of chocolates, learn what makes them different, and how they are good for you.
Cost is $5.00 per person. Pre-register with the library. Space is limited!

Do you write poetry or have a favority poem you'd like to read aloud? Or do you just enjoy hearing other people's poetry? Come to a casual, entertaining evening of refreshments and readings by people from our own community.

Author Visit - The Chloe Ellefson/Historic Sites Mysteries
Tuesday, April 10 from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Join Kathleen Ernst to learn how her tenure as an interpreter and curator at Old World Wisconsin led to her novels, Old World Murder and The Heirloom Murders. Kathleen's program will provide a "behine-the-scenes" look at the first two books in the series, and a sneak peek at the forthcoming The Lightkeeper's Legacy, which is set in Door County.
Books will be available for sale and a signing will follow the presentation. Light refreshments will be served.
