Eagle Nature Trail

Native flowers in bloom on the Eagle Nature Trail.

Preserving the rustic beauty of Eagle

Unlike the highly-ordered gardens of our yards, the prairie and woodland areas of the trail follow the more “natural” arrangement of plants, the way nature would disperse them.

A pathway to learning

The Eagle Nature Trail connects the Alice Baker Library and the Eagle Elementary School.  It is a place to sit and relax; it is a place to observe, regard and absorb nature.

Showcasing Wisconsin’s natural and environmental history

Using the native plants that predated the settlement of the Eagle area in the mid-to late 1800’s, the trail exemplifies the biotic legacy of this area.
