Eagle Nature Trail

About Us

A pathway to learning
The Eagle Nature Trail connects the Alice Baker Library and the Eagle Elementary School.  It is a place to sit and relax; it is a place to observe, regard and absorb nature.

Preserving the rustic beauty of Eagle
Unlike the highly-ordered gardens of our yards, the prairie and woodland areas of the trail follow the more “natural” arrangement of plants, the way nature would disperse them.

Showcasing Wisconsin’s natural and environmental history
Using the native plants that predated the settlement of the Eagle area in the mid- to late 1800’s, the trail exemplifies the biotic legacy of this area.
