Donate Books and Other Materials
Thank you for choosing to donate new or gently used materials to the Alice Baker Library. They may be dropped off at the library during regular business hours. A receipt for tax purposes will be issued upon request. All donations are evaluated for condition and possible addition to the library. Items not used by the library are sold by F.A.B.L.E. to raise money to support the library. Funds from the used book sales help sponsor Library programs and purchase items for the Library that go beyond the regular budget. F.A.B.L.E. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation. All donations are tax deductible as defined by law.
We are happy to accept any items
in good condition with no pen, pencil or highlighter markings.

We are unable to accept
Any items that have mold or a musty/smoky odor
Items discarded from another library
Textbooks and yearbooks
Puzzle books
Condensed book compilations (such as Reader’s Digest condensed
books)
Computer or medical books
Travel books or maps older than 3 years
Encyclopedia sets
Cassettes and VHS tapes
