- Library cards may be issued free to Wisconsin residents. Proof of address is required. Children under seventeen may apply for a library card with a parent’s or guardian’s permission and signature.
- An applicant should be of at least five years old and be able to sign his or her name. Alice Baker Library cards are honored at all 24 public libraries in the Bridges Library System.
